(Return and exchange policy)

We thank our valued customers for choosing Al-Hazmi Communications Store, and we are pleased to do so

At your service according to the following terms and conditions:-

· To benefit from return and exchange services, you must bring the original invoice.

· Return and exchange within (3) days, calculated from the date of receipt of the shipment.

· Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton)

Intact and in good condition. It was not opened before receipt.

· The product must be in the same condition as when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging.

· The consumer bears the costs incurred during the return and exchange process.

. If the order is cancelled, 25 riyals will be deducted from the shipping value, with a 2% discount + tax on all electronic payments and banking services fees.

. Cancellation fees apply to orders that have been received or not received

. If the order is canceled before shipping, a 2% + tax deduction will be made on all electronic payments for the value of banking services only

. We have the right to cancel any customer’s order in the event of a defect in the site or due to an error in the mentioned price or the expiration of the product’s stock and return the amount to the customer on his bank account or on his card. The customer has no right to demand that the product be provided.

· To recover the value of purchases made by credit cards or transfers

Banking The amount will be returned through our bank account to the customer from (7-14)

To recover the value of purchases made by installment companies, they are made through these companies

One business day, and the customer must follow the procedures to recover the amount at his bank.

· All products are guaranteed by authorized agents of international companies in the Kingdom

Saudi Arabia and manufacturing defects, the authorized maintenance agent for the product is reviewed.
