The parcel receipt and return service is provided through the Red Box smart locker network distributed in different areas of the city, and this makes it easier for customers to determine the place and time of receiving or returning parcels in a convenient manner.


How can I use the Red Box service?

Red Box makes your online experience happier with four easy steps

 1- When completing the purchase order from Al-Hazmi Telecom store, choose the Red Box shipping method.

 2- You will receive an SMS to select the stores closest to you.

 3- We will deliver your order to Red Box to deposit it in the warehouses of your choice.

 4- You will receive a message after depositing your shipment with a password to receive the order from the stores.


How can I collect the shipment through Red Box lockers?

  • First, once your order is placed at Red Box vaults, you will receive an SMS with a unique pickup code that includes the Red Box vault address and all shipment information.
  •  Secondly, when you arrive at the locker to collect your shipment, enter your pickup code or scan the barcode with a barcode scanner and follow the on-screen instructions.


How long does shipping take?

  • The shipping period takes from 3 days to 7 working days.


How long does a shipment last in Red Box safes?

  •  You have 48 hours to pick up the shipment from the locker.


What are the shipping rates through Red Box lockers?

  •  The shipping cost for all cities of the Kingdom is 11 riyals.

Is it possible for someone else to receive the shipment?

  •  It is best for customers to receive their shipments themselves. However, it is possible for another person to receive the shipment if he has a receipt code, in which case the customer bears full responsibility for providing the message details to a third party who will receive his shipment. Red Box will not be liable for lost/stolen shipments.


Can I pay cash at Red Box Smart Lockers (cash on delivery)?

  •  There is currently no cash payment service in Red Box Smart Lockers. You can pay through mada cards, Visa, and Apple Pay.


Is there a need to register online to collect my shipment from Red Box vaults?

  •  No, all you have to do is choose Red Box lockers as the delivery option.
